Morpheme

Morpheme is a live, in-browser dashboard for AI agent session state. It renders the task graph, handoff history, failures, and decisions as you work. Read-only and non-intrusive. It shows what your agents are doing without getting in the way.

One dashboard, multiple data sources. Superharness is the primary source. A demo mode ships out of the box: morpheme start with no config opens a 9-node sample task graph with a guided tour. No superharness install, no project setup required to see what it does.

A morpheme is the smallest unit of meaning in language. Morpheme, the tool, is where the raw activity of an agent run becomes legible: the smallest units of what happened, assembled into something a person can read at a glance.
